I called the emergency line overnight because my sister was experiencing severe pain. We were scheduled for an 8:00 AM appointment with Dr. Muhammad Khan and received multiple confirmation texts and emails. However, when we arrived at the office, the doors were locked. We called both the main office and the after-hours emergency number. A representative told us they would notify the office that we were there, then abruptly ended the call. After waiting for several minutes, we received a text message stating that our appointment had been canceled and that we would need to call back to request a refund for the $25 appointment fee. If you advertise your services as “24/7 emergency care” and allow patients to book appointments, the information provided should be accurate and reliable. People seeking emergency care are often in real pain and need immediate help. Because of this experience, we lost valuable time and missed the opportunity to seek care from another provider who could have actually seen us. This was a complete waste of time and highly unprofessional.

Maestros of Dentistry! I have eternal appreciation for the care I have received from the team at Contemporary Dental Care. These are highly skilled, competent, high IQ professionals. Background: I had not been to a dentist since April 2010 (15+ years ago). I had serious oral issues developing. My root canal and the cap that was put on it had worn out. I had an infection which had begun to spread under the tooth. A potentially dangerous situation that could have lead to Sepsis! Cavities were beginning to form on many of my teeth (black marks, black holes, and black spots). I had 7+ amalgams which were worn out. My resin fillings were also worn out. Plaque: Most of the teeth on the lingual side, where the tongue touch my teeth had a lot of plaque. In addition, x-rays showed I had a lot of deposits in between and around the base of my teeth. The result, my breath had an intense sulfur smell. Very embarrassing. Reason for Choice: I did a lot of research before coming here. I looked at the reviews and decided to go in to the office to see if I could be helped. Dental Visits: Due to the complex nature of my dental needs. I've needed to make 5+ visits to this specific office. Machinery: Modern and high tech. Office Environment: Immaculate and fresh. Front Desk & Office: Three younger women (in their early/mid 20s); Franchesca, Katherine, and Amanda run the front desk and office. Competent, professional, and skilled. They run a tight ship. -Franchesca: She is the Patient Advocate. If you have insurance, she is the one that deals with the insurance company. Each visit I've made here. She goes above and beyond to ensure a great Patient experience. -Amanda: She is the Office Manager and manages all of the staff. Amanda is the glue that keeps the team running. She makes sure your billing is accurate. -Katherine: She is the second Office Manager. She works together with Amanda to oversee the operation. She also helped ensure my dental insurance treated me fairly and that I was provided excellent care. I am super grateful to these three young women! -Yamilette: She is a Dental Assistant at Altamonte Springs. She handled some of my X-rays and helped on 2 of my procedures. She is orderly, bright, focused. Very pleasant to deal with. She helped with the removal of fillings alongside the Doctor. -Nesto/Nestor: Dental Assistant. I've seen him 2 or 3xs in my visits. He is an absolute joy and loves his work. He is the definition of excellence. Excellent communication and highly skilled. I am grateful for his hard work. He works together with Jessica. He helped with the fillings alongside the Doctor. -Jessica: Dental Hygienist. She helped remove the plaque. Which was a large amount. She helped me with the Deep Cleaning on both sides of my mouth. She flossed my teeth, polished everything and spent time showing me how I can prevent future issues. Very detailed and orderly. Nesto, Jessica, and Yamilette went above and beyond for me. My breath no longer smells! Dr. Khan: The Doctor is at the top of his game. He is a maestro of Dentistry. He treated me with expert care. He spent a lot of time fixing my teeth. He handled a truly complex case with ease. I am very grateful to him. __ Rating: 5 Stars! Recommendation: If you value competence, professionalism, expertise, patient care.
