My twins recently had their first visit at Dr. Holcombe’s office, and we had an amazing experience. Both boys have high dental anxiety, and one is autistic. The entire staff went above and beyond to make them feel safe and comfortable! Tonya was incredibly welcoming, easy to talk to and a total multitasking queen! (Btw, your daughter is precious! I hope she has a fabulous school year!☺️) Kristi (I hope I got her name right, if not please let me know) is hands-down the best hygienist I’ve ever seen work with kids and very easy to talk to. She explained every tool and step in detail, which completely eased my son's anxiety. He raved about her the second we left and wants to request her for every appointment! His brother wishes he could have had her, too, since his medical anxiety means he also needs things explained in detail. Kristi truly made the whole experience so easygoing. Dr. Holcombe was exceptionally warm and answered all of my questions with kindness instead of judgment. After some horror stories with past dentists, my kids are actually excited to go back to this practice to improve their smiles and get their general dental work done before we start the orthodontic process in the future! If you're looking for a new dentist, this is definitely the place to go. As a mother, it makes my heart so happy when people treat my kids with warmth, respect, and patience. My family has been using this dentist for 30+ years. Always had a great experience. Ever since Tonya was hired we’ve had nothing but problems and have constantly felt disrespected. We have around 8 people in the family going in and out so we’ve had multiple experiences to base this on. I won’t get in to the multiple rude and unnecessary interactions we’ve had with her but I will share the latest. My 5 year old son had an appointment and we had my mother in law call in to reschedule as both my wife and I were working. This was the first appointment anyone has ever missed and that can be confirmed if Tonya wants to do her job which I doubt she does. She was told because it was less than 24 hours out we can’t reschedule. I lost it. Because she’s basically saying he is done as a client. I called and told Tonya how I felt. Wasn’t nice as at this point I was completely over her. She told me the person who called in was not on hippa and as we are Medicaid it is basically over for us. Hers the thing though… My mother in law has taken him to multiple appointments. So is it a hippa issue or not? Because if it is, they have allowed this person to come to multiple appointments alone as well as call in and get information over the phone. That’s malpractice if I’m correct. Will not be letting this go. Trust me.

Dr. Holcombe dentist office is a very fine dentist office. Dr.Homlcobe and his staff have been nothing but pleasant to my 6 year old son and I. He was very gentle and understanding and listened to all my concerns and helped assist us in anyway possible. My son called him the really nice dentist man. He made going to the dentist a enjoyable experience for myself and my kids. Also, the front desk receptionist Tonya was also very amazing she helped recommend other dentist office that could help assist me with my son's condition. She also consoled me through something I was going through at the time. I am very appreciative and Thankful for Dr. Holcombe office for the help & care we have received at this dentist office!

Love Zachary S Holcombe DMD! Best dentist I've ever encountered and I recommend them to everyone an anyone who is trying to find good dentistry who are fast an efficient. I have sent several family members an friends an they all have had amazing results. Every where else I tryed to go with my insurance wanted to just pull all my teeth an give me dentures except Zachary Holcombe they fixed MY smile an kept it My smile! It has been many years since I’ve been to a dentist office, but this place is certainly different. Every person who is employed there is just wonderful toward patients. I particularly liked Tonya, who is the receptionist office manager and Dr. Holcombe is a very pleasant person who describes every possible treatment we could get all in all.
