Dr. Holcombe dentist office is a very fine dentist office. Dr.Homlcobe and his staff have been nothing but pleasant to my 6 year old son and I. He was very gentle and understanding and listened to all my concerns and helped assist us in anyway possible. My son called him the really nice dentist man. He made going to the dentist a enjoyable experience for myself and my kids. Also, the front desk receptionist Tonya was also very amazing she helped recommend other dentist office that could help assist me with my son's condition. She also consoled me through something I was going through at the time. I am very appreciative and Thankful for Dr. Holcombe office for the help & care we have received at this dentist office!

My family has been using this dentist for 30+ years. Always had a great experience. Ever since Tonya was hired we’ve had nothing but problems and have constantly felt disrespected. We have around 8 people in the family going in and out so we’ve had multiple experiences to base this on. I won’t get in to the multiple rude and unnecessary interactions we’ve had with her but I will share the latest. My 5 year old son had an appointment and we had my mother in law call in to reschedule as both my wife and I were working. This was the first appointment anyone has ever missed and that can be confirmed if Tonya wants to do her job which I doubt she does. She was told because it was less than 24 hours out we can’t reschedule. I lost it. Because she’s basically saying he is done as a client. I called and told Tonya how I felt. Wasn’t nice as at this point I was completely over her. She told me the person who called in was not on hippa and as we are Medicaid it is basically over for us. Hers the thing though… My mother in law has taken him to multiple appointments. So is it a hippa issue or not? Because if it is, they have allowed this person to come to multiple appointments alone as well as call in and get information over the phone. That’s malpractice if I’m correct. Will not be letting this go. Trust me.

This is the dentist office,if you have anxiety.They are all wonderful.Betty is the best hygienist that I have ever seen.She is patient,gentle and a perfectionist at what she does.She explains her every move and cares about doing a good job.Dr.Holcomb is a gift to the profession.Tonia does a wonderful job in the office.She answers the phone with kindness and a caring attitude.This is the best dental office that I have ever been to.What a wonderful experience!
