I'm new to Desert Dental, but after my first few visits, I can honestly say I've had an outstanding experience. I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Fowler and Vanessa, who I believe is one of the dental hygienists and performed my cleaning. Dental visits aren't usually something people look forward to, but every appointment has left me feeling well taken care of and well informed. Dr. Fowler never made me feel rushed. Before and after each procedure, he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable before I left. That level of patient care is becoming harder to find. At 53, I've been to my fair share of dental offices, and Desert Dental has been one of the most impressive. Their technology, from the imaging equipment to the procedures and crowns, is modern and top notch, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was receiving. I was especially apprehensive about my deep cleaning, but Vanessa made the entire experience surprisingly easy. She thoroughly explained each step before she started and let me know where I might experience some discomfort. To my surprise, I didn't have any. She was gentle, thorough, and professional throughout the entire appointment. More importantly, she made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. If my first few visits are any indication of what's to come, I'm very happy I found Desert Dental. I highly recommend Dr. Fowler and Vanessa to anyone looking for a dental office that combines excellent technology with outstanding patient care.
