Absolutely wonderful! I have a fear of dentists and dental work that is probably a phobia. In the past, dentists have made me feel embarrassed because of these fears. I am so glad I found Downtown Sleep Dentistry and Oral Surgery. The staff here are so kind, so patient and so understanding. I never felt embarrassed or ashamed. They explained every step, every procedure. I never felt rushed. I am also poor and depend on the Canadian Dental Care Plan to help with expenses and the team at Downtown Sleep Dentistry took care of everything. My dentist there was amazing. Kind, patient, non-judgmental and very pleasant. On the day of the sedation/dental work, I was nervous. I admit, I had nightmares the night before. But once again, everyone there was kind, patient and caring. They explained the heart monitoring, the blood pressure monitoring, the air flow and then I simply fell asleep. .... and then I woke up. Everything was done! Just like that. No pain, no anguish. All my cavities filled. My teeth are cleaner than they have ever been! it was so easy. If you are afraid of the dentist, or afraid of pain, I really recommend going to Downtown Sleep Dentistry and Oral Surgery. I am very glad I found them and I would like to thank the whole team for taking such good care of me.

My warmest thank you to Dr. Miller and the team at Downtown Sleep Dentistry!!! I don’t often write reviews. However, I feel compelled to in this circumstance. I have a 3 year old special needs child who was in need of significant dental restoration. Due to extended wait times and immediate need I was referred to Downtown Sleep Dentistry by a trusted dentist. Any apprehension I had was quickly overcome by the level of competency my questions were answered buy the entire team at Downtown Sleep Dentistry. I am seeing reviews of cost and pain neglect of children, and definitively agree. My child was left with a smiless mouth after Dr.Blackmore treated my daughter. While she is young, and a cannabis consumer, Dr.Blackmore blatantly judged, and blamed his shortcomings upon her use. Following treatment by him she suffered ptsd by the etiquette he displayed. I'd even go on a limb to say she felt he held prejudicial views against her. He chose to get paid for terrible dentistry work and sent her away with disgusting teeth, affecting her esteem heavily. My son was treated her as a very young child by Dr.Campbell and we were pleased with his work, and attentiveness of the after care nurses. Dr. Blackmore I encourage you to perhaps take some time to reconsider why you chose the field you're in, and the fact that where you work is highly diverse. Remember moving forward you have cost a child emotional and physical cruelties, they've had to heal from. I'm not open to discussing things any further, with any staff, as I've waited sometime to post this, as it's stuck with us for this time. Good day.
