Dr. Mosleh was very nice, professional and explained procedures clearly. Within a few hours, because of their on-site equipment, I had a brand new crown! No need to go back. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the amazing team at Harbour Dental. I'd like to preface this by saying that I used to work in dental administration so my expectations are generally high, and I still could not be more impressed with the professionalism of this clinic. I called early last week for extreme tooth pain on the left side of my face, having never been to this clinic before but just desperate to find anyone who could see me in my time of need. Jordan (reception/administration) fit me in same day for an emerg exam. It was an infected wisdom tooth, and Dr. Lily extracted it just two days later after some antibiotics got into my system. Then, just a few days later (yesterday), had some more extreme pain on the OTHER side. Again, Jordan got me in for a same day emerg exam. This time, Dr. Tarrah diagnosed a tooth that needed a root canal. Yeesh, not something anyone would look forward to, especially after an extraction the week prior. But Dr. Tarrah is amazing, eased all of my anxieties, and fit me in this afternoon to do the procedure. The root canal therapy was ridiculously easy, in and out in an hour including the permanent filling. Not a single moment of discomfort, and she talked me through the whole procedure. I felt like I was in the best of hands from the moment I entered this clinic and they proved that time and again. A big thank you to Dr. Tarrah, Dr. Lily, Brittany the dental assistant, and Jordan in reception who is a constant ray of sunshine. I look forward to returning shortly for a complete new patient exam and continued oral care.
