I now see why this practice has over 150, 5 star reviews. Dr. Hill & his team are incredibly kind & caring during my emergency exam as a new patient & were even able to do a root canal on the spot. I take a little longer to numb and they didn't rush the procedure when I let them know I needed a little more time & local anesthetic. I could tell his assistant & him had a great relationship by the way they joked with one another. I loved their balance between professionalism & playfulness; it’s rare to see that dynamic in medical field. I can hardly believe I’m saying I look forward to completing my care for the tooth & becoming a regular patient. I usually despise going to the dentist & because so many prior have left me feeling enraged & uncared for due to true medical malpractice. This is a lovely & pristine new office with an outstanding receptionist who truly cares. ( Veronica, I think). Thanks again! Oh, and even though it might seem like a small gesture, the warm lavender towel was an exceptional touch of care. The small things like this & the beverage bar really made a huge difference in my overall experience.

So today was my first time ever experience going to hill dental studio, and I can’t stress enough how wonderful everyone was. So 3 days ago I woke up to the right back side of my jaw/tooth hurting, it progressively got worse. I looked like a chipmunk this morning, I’m in an unbelievable amount of pain, can’t chew or anything on my right side, can’t open my mouth very wide to eat.. anyways, I kid you not I’ve called almost 10 dentists office in the pass 2 days trying to get in somewhere, and I’m so glad they picked up. ( i Had a few bad experiences with 3 of the places I called btw) It’s very clean in there, and looks really fancy lol the front desk lady was so sweet. (I don’t remember her name) then I had Leslie do my x-ray, and she was so funny and nice. She asked if I wanted a blanket, and I was like whaaaat? Then doctor hill came in, checked me out, let me know what was up. Unfortunately he couldn’t get my tooth out today, but got me set up with an oral surgeon that could. Got me antibiotics/steroid to help in the meantime. It was a very wonderful experience. It was also fast. I filled out my new patient info, then maybe 5mins later I was called back to be seen. Dr.Hill was thorough, answered questions I had, etc. so I didn’t feel like I was being rushed, even tho it was fast. Anyways, if you have Medicaid/tenncare and live in the area, I 100% would recommend checking them out.

Had an awesome experience with Dr. Alex Hill's office today. He ran an extra 2 x rays to confirm I did not have a cavity rather than being trigger happy. The front staff took the time to go over my deductible before hand. The staff was super friendly, my appointment was on time, and the environment was clean, fun, respectful and thoughtfully planned out. I can't recommend this place enough!

I cannot recommend Dr. Kristina Slavik enough! She is incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel calm and comfortable during every visit. She pays close attention to detail and truly cares about her patients. She makes the entire experience as painless and stress-free as possible. If you’re looking for a dentist who is both compassionate and thorough, she is the best!

Although I had used doctor Hill in the past, this was our first visit to his new practice. I had come in with a routine check up but, had an issue with a tooth which will result in having a root canal. Doctor Hill was outstanding and explained why the root canal was necessary in order to save my tooth .Also, my husband had an extraction on the same day and they followed up the next day to check on him. His staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made you feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend!
