I went to Hi Value Dental with Dr. Park for a cleaning and checkup, and had a really good experience. The office has some pretty impressive technology, and Dr. Park took the time to explain what he was doing. He used an air polisher during my cleaning, which was a new experience for me and left my teeth feeling super clean. Overall, I was really happy with the care and would definitely recommend Dr. Park and his team.

I've been to a few dental offices around the Dallas area, and I have never experienced one this clean, this organized, or this thorough. I arrived at my appointment time and there wasn't a stack of forms to re-fill and re-sign at the front desk. The forms I completed online ahead of my visit were it. I was welcomed right away and, as a new patient, given a tour of the office — modern, spotless, and immaculate. After the tour, I walked straight back to my patient room, which had my name on the screen greeting me. Small touch, but it got me super excited for my dental visit. When I said thorough earlier, I meant it. I had a CT scan, X-ray, and a super cool 3D scan of my entire mouth, and none of it dragged on. Every staff member clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The best part was Dr. Park. He walked me through everything he was seeing across all the scans and explained what looked good and what could be improved. The entire treatment was comfortable and painless. After the treatment, he came back and re-scanned so he could show me the before and after side by side. As a patient, actually understanding what's happening in your own mouth is such a rare and welcome thing. I can't recommend him enough. P.S. There's a TV mounted on the ceiling so you have something to watch while they're working. Amazing. P.P.S. New patients get a goody bag for their opening: a double-insulated tumbler, a soft toothbrush, a pen, and cards covering pediatric dental milestones by age and an adult dental care timeline. If you need a dentist, give Dr. Park and Hi Value Dental a shot. Highly, highly, highly recommend. I know I will be coming back here for sure.
