Everyone in this office is very professional and kind. I have no complaints against the integrity of the staff. Everyone there seems to be passionate about what they do. However, I think this last visit was a loss of my time and money. I think the patient should be able to have a molar tooth removed if they want to, even if there is nothing wrong with the tooth. Additionally, I *want* to give my money to this establishment instead of another office as I trust everyone in this office. I already have been told I have overcrowding. The wisdom tooth causing pressure against my molar is the real issue. However, if the back molar was extracted, then the wisdom tooth would not necessarily have to be removed if there is nothing for it to press against. I don’t know everything, of course, but I thought it would be less expensive to have that molar tooth extracted so I would not have to get invasive surgery out in Gainesville. I truly wish I could get a refund for this visit because my request was rather reasonable, but it was denied. It costs much more to have an oral surgeon involved, and I do not have insurance. It isn’t as though I wanted my molar removed for looks, but for practicality and as a cost-efficient alternative. I am rather disappointed.
