The reception ladies are wonderful, competent, cheery and welcoming. My hygienist was new to me. She was excellent: precise, thorough, communicative, but most of all, was consistently attentive to any pain or discomfort I might be feeling. When I jerked slightly in a sensitive area, she used a gel to ease the cleaning there. It was very helpful. I appreciated her sensitivity to my discomfort. Turns out I need some extra work done. I feel very confident and comfortable with Dr Yun’s expertise to have it done by her.

This establishment was so unprofessional. I spoke to the manager Liz because I had concerns about how I had been hung up on multiple times by the same person and how they never attempted to call me back. I feel like the communication was bad and when I expressed these concerns to Liz she told me “I’m sorry but the phone works both ways.” When you are a business and you accidentally hang up on your client, I believe it’s YOUR job to try to contact them back. Just wrong. Changing dentist.
