He asked questions to understand how I felt about things and base the treatment and explained all of my options thoroughly. The entire staff makes the visit so much better from start to finish. Lillenberg is by far the best Dentist I have been to. The staff is friendly, happy and focused on making your visit a great experience. They are interested in how you feel and answering any questions you may have. Their use of advanced technology is over the top! Today, I had two fillings fixed and two Crowns replaced in about 2 hours, with zero pain. Thanks to their use of technology the new crowns are made in house and the measurements are all done electronically. No more trays of goo to bite down on, temporary crowns or multiple visits. It was great to have a dentist that explains the procedure and is willing to take the time to answer any questions that you have. Thanks to the friendliness of the staff it was equally nice not to feel like you were just another transaction. This was my first time to Dr. Lillenberg and I was extremely impressed. I could tell that he really cares about his patients. He took the time to carefully review my X-rays with me. He explained the issues and gave me options for treatment. I never felt that he was rushing to get to his next patient. He asked if I had any questions and made sure I understood everything. The dental hygienist was amazing. She was so friendly and took time to get to know me and put me at ease before getting started.
