Several years ago, my top wisdom teeth got infected. It was really bad—I was in agony and you could see the infection just by looking at them. I went in and they were able to pull them the same day. Applied topical numbing before shots and I didn’t even feel the shots go in. They did absolutely amazing. My bottom wisdom teeth weren’t infected, but they were coming in crooked and starting to get cavities because I couldn’t clean under them, so I went back 2 weeks later for them to pull those out and the procedure was so smooth, no dry sockets, no issues. Been going there ever since. Even got my husband going there. Honestly the best dentist I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend.

Considering they are no longer Dental Works says a lot about the poor reviews I have seen. They could have told their patients that before they renewed their Dental Works insurance plan. I hope I can get my money back. If so I will go else where.

Eliza was amazing from the minute that I walked in when she took me to the back. She did not chastise me for the way that I felt about dentistry. Dr. Patel was amazing when he came in and said look we can take care of this. I’m glad you’re on antibiotics and we’ll get this fixed up by Friday and I am very excited to go back Because I may actually let them work on my teeth in general and I found them over the Internet today and I have not had a bad experience with them at all. They were amazing and made me feel like it was OK regardless of my past decisions on my teeth, they made me feel welcomed, and I look forward to correcting my issues with them.

I had an appointment today to get some servo Es done. The young lady told me the cost, but no one had told me what it would be for this service. The manager came in and apologized for the communication about the service, but it's funny how they always tell me the price of the service on my last visit. I was disappointed in how it was handled, and I felt let down because no one prepared me for this service, which had not happened to me at the office in Burlington. This was a disappointment, not knowing what I might bring to the table until today's appointment.
