What a pleasant little surprise in the neighborhood! I needed to get a cleaning done as soon as possible, and they were able to fit me into their schedule surprisingly quickly. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this office was different. The space is beautiful, but more importantly, it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for patients. I was especially impressed by the technology they use. There were several state-of-the-art tools and systems that I had never seen before, even after visiting multiple dental offices over the years. It really gave me confidence that they’re committed to providing the best care possible. The cleaning itself was incredibly thorough, and Dr. Jeong took the time to walk me through every step of the process, which made me feel both comfortable and informed. I had mentioned some past dental experiences and a few areas of concern beforehand, and she was very attentive throughout the appointment. She checked in regularly to make sure I was doing okay and not experiencing any discomfort, without ever making it feel excessive or disruptive. Dr. Jeong was extremely knowledgeable and was so kind to answer all my questions. Bonus- I was able to watch TV while getting my cleaning done! They even asked if they could turn on captions for me. Overall, it was a genuinely wonderful experience. I’ll absolutely be returning for future care and would gladly recommend this office to friends and family. Such a charming gem tucked away in the Energy Corridor!
