After my father had a bad experience getting full denture work at a different dentist office, we knew when it was my mother's turn to get denture work that we would have to do some research and find a better place. New Smile Dental Studio turned out to be that better place. It is easy to see that Dr. Karen Martinez, along with her staff, are skilled, knowledgeable and concerned for the well-being of their patients. Upon seeing what good care my mother received during her visits, I decided to switch my dentist and became a patient of theirs as well. So far I've had x-rays done, a routine cleaning, a procedure for a custom night guard (due to my jaw clenching tendencies), and some much needed fillings. All of these procedures went well and I am satisfied with the results. If you are looking for the 'perfect' dentist office, you will never find it. But if your looking for a dentist office that has, as a priority, your oral health in mind and will give you the best care possible then New Smile Dental Studio is for you.

I want to extend my gratitude to New Smile Dental Studio for being so lovely during my first routine cleaning appointment on 31 Jul. 2023. The receptionist, Vanessa, is an absolute sweetheart! She makes you feel right at home as soon as you call. Once in office, she's even more warm and welcoming. The dental hygienist who attended me, Cassandra, was a true professional! She let me know what she was doing every step of the way, with good humour. Given that I hadn't seen a dentist in a minute, I'm surprised that I experienced so little soreness (at any dental office, you're realistically bound to experience some). Dr. Martinez only met with me briefly to discuss my X-rays. Since her schedule was running a teensy bit behind, I don't blame her at all for it. Despite this, she listened to my concerns and advised me on how I could relieve them. Altogether, I'm glad that I chose to visit such a lovely dental practice and look forward to my next appointment.
