How does a dentist that rips out 3 teeth get a 5 star review? First off, this place is so clean, and neat, and well lit. It feels very comfortable. The front desk staff are so friendly and patient, willing to answer a lot of questions. I saw Jan today as well and what a kind and gentle person! She explained the procedure with care. I didn't feel rushed at all. She made sure I was comfortable and familiar with the procedure. Dr Harris then reviewed the procedure once more with me. He was thorough and took his time. During the procedure, he checked in frequently, and emphasized I should not feel pain, only pressure. I have been looking for 2 years for a dentist, and was on multiple waiting lists. I am glad I happened to ask if they were accepting patients when I brought my mom here for her own procedure. This is the kind of team that does this work because they care, and it shows. I'm very confused by my experience here. The office and staff are nice, and the reviews are excellent, but the dental care I've gotten has been really poor. I got two standard cavity fillings, but something felt off. They were oddly hesitant to investigate, until it escalated into a severe inflamed nerve issue. They had to do a root canal on all the teeth that got fillings. In at least 30+ fillings from other dentists I've never had a filling turn into a root canal, let alone 100% of the fillings from one procedure. In the last 6 months, one of the root canal fillings has fallen out twice with no cause. I am going to have to find and pay a different dentist to step in because if I go back here, the filling will just keep falling out. I've noticed that whenever I go, the dentists are trying to see 2-3 other patients at the same time and running constantly back and forth between rooms. I suspect this might be leading to some of the issues described above. Everyone seems very nice here, so I'm disappointed that their work is not holding up.
