well I'm not one to normally take to social media and write a terrible review, besides there is a polite word or words I can use to describe the service I never received, But that was my fault I was told. my gums shrank to much for the upper denture to fit properly and be effective, forget even being able to see the teeth up top when someone asks me if I even have the denture in? Now I haven't even mentioned anything of the implants and the bridges that were installed on the bottom that same day. yes I said bridges 3 in total in 3 years, oh and this was my fault as well I was told!! I'm still searching for what it is I did wrong, seeing I really never could eat anything that took a little bit of biting and chewing. oh speaking of biting the day of the surgery when I came out of sedation, My first reaction was to swallow after being knocked out for 6 hours and I was slapped in the head by one of the two women that had their fingers down my my throat saying I thought you were going to bite me! I should have known right then and there that this was going to be a bad experience for the next 3 years. now I'm sitting here with no teeth in my mouth. no bridge in the bottom. a denture that don't stay in have called several times. I've messaged no response. I went through to a devastating pain a week ago when bottom bridge broke. what was left of it and wouldn't stop moving in my mouth and tore one of the pins out of my gum. meanwhile still no return call. seems I couldn't really speak. I tried to text still no response. I don't understand it. all I wanted was what I paid for, A New Smile. that was 2023. it's now 2026 and I'm still waiting for that new smile that you can see my teeth. it's just got to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life and I've been through quite a few, But I didn't pay 20k plus for those experiences. just to be so depressed and dissatisfied more than I can express, and to be ignored, I believe the generation of now has a word for it? I've been ghosted by this business that I I paid good money for a service and products I never received!!! but I am sure because I've been told this twice now by the dentist in there that it was my fault. My fault that the dentures they made can't be seen or even function properly to be able to eat and the implants and bridge made for my mouth break not even 6 months 2 months after I walked that off. that's from this last one. 6 months on the one before that in the same area. same side but it's my fault, I'm still not sure how I did it? like I said, never really could eat anything that took effort and took my dentures out every night. and and I even slept with a damn rubber mouthpiece just in case. I did grind my teeth while I was subconsciously asleep but that was my fault. never been told told by a company that I paid money to. that was my fault for something that I just I'm over what I can't. I can't do this. I got to put this in someone else's hands. it said post a picture notice. the one screw never find any others. I think I swallowed them while I was sleeping with the rubber mouthpiece in.
