I started off loving this office. They were great with my kids and the cleanings went well. I went back a week later for what was supposed to be 4 fillings and they could only do 1 because their dental tool wasn’t working correctly. That’s fine. Things happen so I rescheduled to get the rest filled a week later. A week after those were filled, I asked to come back in because I was having pain when chewing and flossing. They filed it down more. I was told I have to use floss threaders to floss from now on. Over the past few weeks, I have realized the dental work was done incorrectly. My teeth were fused together with the composite which I learned is an improper practice. I am still trying to reach them to get this fixed. Update: I have come back 4-5 times to try and fix the incorrect dental work. I am currently sitting in the office 59 minutes past my scheduled appointment time because they were not on the same page as far as payment with the dentist and insurance. Rather than continuing to contact the point of contact for the office/insurance for approval, the dentist saw 2 patients who apparently also had the EXACT same appointment time with only ONE dentist in office, she was back there translating for a half hour. I will not be coming back.
