I can’t say enough good things about this office. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness and genuine care. Dr. Eckman is truly one of a kind. I recently went through a difficult procedure, and the level of care she provided was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. She went above and beyond every step of the way. She was always just a phone call away when I had questions or concerns, personally checked in on me after my procedure, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire healing process. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but what sets her apart is the way she truly treats her patients like family. You never feel like just another appointment on her scheduled, you feel cared for. Her compassion, dedication, and commitment to her patients are unmatched. I genuinely hope everyone is lucky enough to find a doctor like Dr. Eckman in their lifetime. Jessica, my dental hygienist, was also wonderful. She was so kind, gentle, and comforting, and she helped put me at ease during every visit. Katie at the front desk was equally amazing. She was transparent about costs from the very beginning, explained exactly what to expect, and made the entire process so much less stressful. Everyone in this office made what could have been a very overwhelming experience feel manageable. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and would recommend this practice without hesitation to anyone looking for a dental team that genuinely puts their patients first.
