I'm a relatively new patient, but I saw why Randolph Dental Care got great reviews right away. Dr. Phade and her team are not only super efficient and friendly, but they also work hard to ensure optimal patient comfort. At my old dentist's office, protective eyewear wasn't provided, but Dr. Phade always supplies protective eyewear and even has tv screens on the ceilings to help you relax during cleanings. I also love that Dr. Phade is involved in the whole process vs. other dentists who only pop in at the end of your appointment. I noticed right away that Dr. Phade treats her staff with kindness and respect, always saying please and thank you to her assistants, which is definitely a reflection on how sweet she is to her patients.

A friend of mine recommended this clinic. To be honest I have always been a little afraid to go to dentist. But Dr Phade and her staff made me so comfortable that I don't think I'll think twice for my next visit. Dr Phade is truly one of the best I have ever seen. State of the art equipments and covid protocols were thoroughly maintained. I had fillings done on some cavities and it was so seamless and comfortable. Definitely wasn't expecting that. 2 yrs back, I had gone to a different dentist before who recommended root canal & with 2nd opinion it just needed cavity filling. Here, there was clearcut information on what's the condition of my teeth and what was needed to be done. Dr Phade explained it so well and was very gentle while doing the treatments. Such a relief to find a dentist with integrity. Professionalism and friendliness of Dr Phade and her staff Ms Cheryl and Ms Tina was outstanding. Wonderful experience! The office staffs are very welcoming. Getting scheduled for the appointments, notifications, paper works, insurance verification and the actual visits - all went well. Dr. Shradha and her team are very detail oriented, listens and answers all queries with patience referring to X-rays as evidence of facts. Above all the place is an absolute choice for the whole “Family” dental visits. The facility is exceptionally clean and located hush away from the uptown parking hassles.
