Every team member I worked with was knowledgeable and kind. In particular, Dr. Phung is INCREDIBLE. Extremely skilled, very gentle, and very good at explaining what she was seeing with my teeth during the appointment. I would recommend her to anyone!!

From the moment I walked in, such a fabulous practice. Great front desk ladies with lots of good vibes. Hygienist was so sweet and talked me through each step. The doctor was awesome. She was very smooth, obviously skilled and excellent in being able to communicate all of my dental options during my visit. I have a bit of anxiety when I get my teeth cleaning, but the practice was just excellent in making me feel comfortable. Love this practice!

This place used to be amazing and I'd recommend to anyone but they have gone completely down hill. This week was the worst dental visit I've ever experienced. Wildly unorganized, physician was rushed a newer woman it appeared not the normal woman I've gone to the last year. I felt like a transaction and my teeth were barely looked at. I also was then met with a front desk woman who 1. gave me wrong pricing 2. didn't look at my insurance before offering pricing 3. expected me to pay over $1K after giving me 0 details. Everyone was crowded around the front, ZERO organization and everyone felt like it was in chaos. Not to mention no one reached saying they switched systems over and to bring my insurance info. Get there and then expect me to re-fill everything out when they already had my insurance data in the system?? Felt lazy to not just transfer the information the hygienist team ALREADY HAS to the new system. If you're not going to warn your patients you made the change, don't get an attitude you have the help them with the issue you created. I also never scheduled my 6 month appt. and was never asked to when I was checking out. I then randomly got a text I was scheduled for sometime in January that I didn't even agree to? SO UNORGANIZED. The practice a year ago was the BEST practice I'd been to. Now, I absolutely cannot say the same, very unfortunate.

Everyone here is wonderful with my son! They help distract him while I am having my cleaning done and are so sweet with him. He just had his first appointment at 14 months and they played Ms. Rachel for him and gave him cute little rubber duckies to play with. We love coming here.
